In the middle of the night, a car parked on a road in Tongyeong-si, Gyeongnam, caught fire and was completely burned down.
According to the Gyeongnam Fire Headquarters on the 12th, a fire broke out around 11:13 PM on the 11th in a passenger car parked on a public road near Jukrim-ri, Gwangdo-myeon, Tongyeong-si.
Firefighters who responded to a report from a passerby extinguished the fire completely around 11:45 PM, about 30 minutes after arriving at the scene.
There were no casualties as no one was inside the vehicle at the time of the fire, but the car was completely burned, causing property damage estimated by the fire station at about 10 million won.

The police and fire authorities believe the fire started under the front passenger seat inside the vehicle and plan to investigate the exact cause of the fire through analysis of nearby closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage, interviews with the car owner and related parties, and a secondary on-site inspection.
