Does that mean you have become one?" Kim replied, "I am a public official, so not yet. I think I am more like a 'Chunghaekgwan' (Chungju core associate)."
Kim said, "I saw the president’s mention through the news and wondered if it was real. I felt it because many people around me contacted me after seeing the news." Earlier, he humorously posted on the YouTube channel community the news mentioned by President Yoon, asking, "Is this for real?"
He added, "After the report, I called the mayor (Jo Gil-hyeong, Mayor of Chungju) to thank him," explaining, "Because after all, it was the mayor who instructed us to start (the YouTube channel), and he opened many doors for us to be able to carry out these activities. So I wanted to express my gratitude first."
When asked by the host, "What would you do if the presidential office proposed to recruit a talent like you, Kim?" he answered, "Since no offer has come yet, it’s hard to say," but added, "It sounds interesting. I would have to think about it, but I would consider it positively."

On December 27 last year, he was promoted to Grade 6 in just 7 years. Considering it usually takes 15 years to advance from Grade 9 to Grade 6 and about 7 years from Grade 7 to Grade 6, this is an exceptionally fast promotion. Currently, 'ChungTV' has over 566,000 subscribers.
Earlier, on the 9th, President Yoon stated at the Cabinet meeting, "The young official in charge of promoting Chungju City created a YouTube channel called 'ChungTV' and promoted policies in a fresh and entertaining way, with subscribers exceeding twice the population of Chungju." He added, "This kind of innovation is necessary."

He continued, "No matter how good a policy is, if the people do not know about it and cannot benefit from it, it is as if the policy does not exist," emphasizing, "We must thoroughly consider from the people's perspective how, where, and what information should be delivered to ensure it reaches the public effectively."
