Chosun University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation Signs MOU for Cosmetic Ingredient Development
Chosun University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation announced on the 10th that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Global Pureun Chingudeul Co., Ltd. to "establish a cooperative relationship for mutual development and promote exchanges."
The signing ceremony held at the Chosun University Main Building Cheongchuleorum was attended by six university and company officials, including Park Jong-rak, head of the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation at Chosun University, and Im Teresa, CEO of Global Pureun Chingudeul Co., Ltd.
The main agreement items include ▲friendly exchanges to enhance mutual understanding and cooperation ▲support for professor field training and student internships ▲development of cosmetic raw materials using plant extracts ▲industry-commissioned education and job skill improvement training in the field of cosmetic raw material development ▲training and support for cosmetic raw material development personnel to promote domestic production of cosmetic raw materials.
Both organizations expressed their intention to contribute to the revitalization of domestic industry-academic exchanges through this agreement, and especially to mutually cooperate to enhance the role and function of nurturing domestic professional research personnel through regional universities.

Park Jong-rak, head of the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, said, "The previous Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation has been actively conducting research to accumulate know-how and technology for the development of raw materials and products using plant extracts," adding, "We will actively support the human and material networks possessed by the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation to successfully carry out innovative natural raw material development without sparing any support."
