Shinan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Park Woo-ryang) announced on the 10th that it has introduced the ‘Exemption and Support System for Proactive Administrative Officials’ in accordance with the newly established regulations as of December last year.
This system aims to facilitate the smooth establishment and spread of a proactive administrative culture, focusing on creating an environment where public officials can carry out their duties more actively.
Going forward, this will serve as a mechanism to alleviate disadvantages faced by Shinan-gun proactive administrative officials in the course of their work and encourage them to engage more actively in their duties.
Such administrative changes are expected to greatly contribute to realizing efficient and innovative services that residents can directly experience.
