‘Yeongtong Station Xi Praciel’ is expected to proceed smoothly with the first-priority subscription on the 9th (Tuesday) and the second-priority subscription on the 10th (Wednesday), thanks to its excellent location in the Yeongtong-Mangpo living area combined with differentiated product value. In particular, it is regarded as a so-called ‘hexagonal apartment’ that possesses all the key factors determining real estate value, making it highly valuable for purchase and heating up the sales enthusiasm.
Despite the cold weather, the model house of Yeongtong Station Xi Praciel continues to attract prospective buyers. Above all, being located in the Yeongtong-Mangpo living area, it secures comprehensive values such as transportation, future value, convenience facilities, education, proximity to workplace, and product quality, highlighting it as an apartment with high asset value upon purchase.
First, its proximity to workplaces is a key feature. It is located near Samsung Electronics’ headquarters, Suwon Samsung Digital City, and Samsung Electronics’ Nano City Giheung Campus, making commuting convenient.
Regarding transportation, Yeongtong Station on the Suin-Bundang Line is within walking distance, and the GTX-A line, scheduled to open in 2024, will be easily accessible. The Dongtan-Suseo section is set to open in March. Since it is a non-regulated area, those aged 19 or older residing in the metropolitan area can apply even if they own a home. For units with exclusive area 85㎡ or less, 60% of winners are selected by lottery, and for those over 85㎡, 100% are selected by lottery, reducing the subscription burden for those with low scores or homeowners wishing to trade up. The resale restriction period is also short at six months.
A sales official stated, “Although residential preference is high, new housing supply is rare, so there is a large waiting demand in the Yeongtong-Mangpo living area. Combined with differentiated product value, customer expectations are very high, and visits and inquiries to the model house continue,” adding, “We will do our best to make this complex a representative one in the area.”
