The Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association announced on the 8th that it has signed a "Business Agreement to Support Foreign Skilled Workers to Resolve the Labor Shortage in Women-Owned Businesses" with JS Global.

JS Global operates the "Korea-Vietnam Industrial Technology Talent Development Center" locally in partnership with Hanoi University of Industry and Hanoi University of Science and Technology Management in Vietnam. The Talent Development Center provides both Korean language education and technical training to cultivate foreign talents specialized for Korean small and medium-sized enterprises. Hanoi University of Industry operates a total of three campuses in Hanoi and Ha Nam, Vietnam, with approximately 40,000 enrolled students. Hanoi University of Science and Technology Management, which has two campuses in Hanoi and Bac Ninh, has about 30,000 students enrolled.
Through this agreement, both parties will actively cooperate in supporting education and supply of foreign skilled workers for women-owned businesses, providing information, operating a "Foreign Skilled Worker Education and Support Center" specialized for foreign skilled workers in women-owned businesses, assisting with visa and immigration procedures, and supporting cost reduction related to the supply of foreign skilled workers.
