Operation of 'Architectural Civil Complaint Specialized Consultation Office' in Seo-gu, Gwangju
Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (District Mayor Kim Ikang) is operating a 'Specialized Architectural Civil Complaints Consultation Office' at the Architecture Department office on the 6th floor of Seo-gu Office.
According to Seo-gu on the 8th, the Specialized Architectural Civil Complaints Consultation Office was established to resolve questions and provide convenience regarding complex architectural-related laws and permit procedures.
This consultation office is staffed by 30 architects belonging to the Gwangju Metropolitan City Architectural Society, who take turns providing consultations every Thursday from 2 PM to 4 PM.
The main consultation topics include ▲ guidance on architectural-related laws and architectural permits (approval, commencement, use approval) procedures ▲ costs required for architectural design and construction supervision, and construction progress methods ▲ consultations related to damages caused by construction sites and architectural disputes ▲ assistance with simple civil complaint documents (such as drawings) including temporary building construction reports ▲ procedures for handling illegal buildings and review of possible retroactive permits.
