Full-Scale Expansion of Overseas B2B Payment Service Customers
On the 8th, KB Securities analyzed that Hecto Financial's partnership with AliExpress will mark the beginning of a full-scale expansion of overseas B2B payment service customers.
Hecto Financial is an electronic financial company operating businesses such as simple cash payments based on firm banking, online and offline PG, and virtual accounts, and is the only electronic financial operator holding a comprehensive foreign exchange license. Recently, it has been expanding its business into overseas B2B payment services by being consecutively selected as a payment solution provider for global clients.
Kim Hyun-gyeom, a researcher at KB Securities, stated in a report on the same day, "The expansion of overseas B2B payment service customers is beginning in earnest," and analyzed, "Currently, the global e-commerce market is rapidly being dominated by Chinese cross-border platforms such as AliExpress, Temu, and Shein, and the domestic market is also showing explosive growth with these companies using ultra-low prices as a weapon."
He added, "Recently, Hecto Financial started the foreign exchange difference settlement service for AliExpress," and forecasted, "Currently, difference settlements for some PGs for testing purposes are underway, and if there are no issues, it will expand to difference settlements for additional PG companies."
He also analyzed, "The world's largest gaming platform Steam, global online shopping mall Qoo10, and Chinese global SNS companies have also been incorporated as clients," and emphasized, "Attention should be paid to securing additional global clients due to the expansion of cross-border e-commerce."
