SRT Seol Holiday Tickets Reservation from the 15th to the 18th
SR announced on the 4th that it will conduct ticket reservations for the Lunar New Year holiday from the 15th to the 18th of this month. Tickets available for purchase during this period are for all SRT trains operating from the 8th to the 12th of next month.
On the 15th and 16th, transportation-vulnerable groups such as seniors, disabled persons, and veterans with disabilities can make reservations through the dedicated website, the SRT app, and phone reservations. On the 17th and 18th, anyone can book tickets for the Lunar New Year holiday.
This year, the priority reservation period for transportation-vulnerable groups has been extended to two days to enhance booking convenience. Additionally, unlike previous years when all routes were reserved in one day, this year reservations can be made by dividing the routes. Specifically, on the 15th, reservations for the Gyeongbu, Gyeongjeon, and Donghae lines are available, and on the 16th, reservations for the Honam and Jeolla lines can be made.
Priority reservation days are available online only to seniors, disabled persons, and veterans with disabilities who have pre-registered. For those who have difficulty using online services or have not registered in advance, phone reservations are also available for Lunar New Year holiday tickets. Pre-registration for disabled persons and veterans with disabilities is open from the 5th of this month (12:00 PM) to the 11th (6:00 PM). Disabled persons already registered do not need to register again.
On the 17th, tickets for the Gyeongbu, Gyeongjeon, and Donghae lines can be reserved, and on the 18th, tickets for the Honam and Jeolla lines are available.
SR will open a dedicated website for Lunar New Year SRT ticket reservations from 2:00 PM on the 12th to allow customers to familiarize themselves with the reservation process in advance. Access to the dedicated website requires membership registration.
Tickets reserved must be paid for by midnight on the 21st of this month; unpaid tickets will be automatically canceled. However, customers who reserved by phone can complete payment by midnight on the 24th.
Remaining seats not sold during the reservation period will be available for purchase from 3:00 PM on the 18th through the website, SRT app, station counters, kiosks, and other online and offline channels, just like regular tickets.
