On the 4th, Yoon In-chon, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, met with former ministers who are veterans in the cultural and artistic fields to discuss future cultural strategies. The attendees included Lee Min-seop (1993?1994), Kim Young-soo (1995?1997), Shin Nak-gyun (1998?1999), Namgung Jin (2001?2022), Kim Sung-jae (2002?2003), Kim Jong-min (2007?2008), Jung Byung-guk (2011), Choi Kwang-sik (2011?2013), Park Yang-woo (2019?2021), and Hwang Hee (2021?2022; terms of office as stated). It was the first time in seven years since September 2016 that former ministers of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism gathered in one place.

The main topics discussed were low birth rates and aging population, regional extinction, global Over-The-Top (OTT) video services, and artificial intelligence (AI). Amid rapid environmental changes, they sought solutions such as cultural and artistic policies where the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism can take a leading role. Minister Yoon expressed gratitude, saying, "The dedication and efforts of former ministers laid the foundation for realizing the globalization of K-Culture." He added, "I am confident that the valuable insights based on their rich experience will help the continuous innovation and change in our cultural and artistic sectors," and stated, "We will actively reflect these in our policies."
