On the 3rd, The Banker praised Governor Lee, stating that he "contributed to maintaining the strength of the Korean economy amid global economic struggles caused by inflation and recession."
It added, "Governor Lee adhered to a tight monetary policy in the face of rising prices," and noted that "the pace of Korea's inflation slowdown was faster than that of other advanced countries."
