2024 Management Strategy Meeting Held

This management strategy meeting was organized to review last year's business performance and share the strategic direction for 2024 under the slogan "Race to Top 2, Speed Up, Value Up."
Kim Soon-gi, Head of the Strategic Planning Group, stated, "The core of this year's strategy is to achieve two goals: differentiated customer service through strengthening the basic capabilities of insurance sales and securing sustainable future competitiveness."
In the insurance sales sector, the newly reorganized corporate insurance agency (GA) channel will be successfully established through the GI (GA Innovation) strategy, and the exclusive planner organization will continue to expand. To this end, the company plans to secure differentiated sales competitiveness through a customer expansion strategy by providing innovative products at a fast pace and connecting platforms.
To secure sustainable growth drivers, the expansion into global markets and the execution of the Senior Master Plan will also be intensified. Shinhan Life Vietnam will newly establish an exclusive planner channel this year and optimize the existing TM channel's sales model to promote qualitative growth. The establishment of long-term care facilities, promoted as part of comprehensive life care services, will also be actively implemented.
To enhance customer trust, the company plans to establish a one-team collaboration system by organizing cooperation processes with internal control-related departments and strengthen the foundation of internal control capabilities through proactive response, process inspection, and monitoring systems.
CEO Lee Young-jong emphasized, "A company that does not gain customer trust in the process of challenge and innovation cannot endure. We must strive to protect consumers and create customer-centered value."
