SC Jeil Bank Converts All 534 Fixed-Term Contract Employees to Permanent Positions
2022 Collective Bargaining Agreement Terms
SC First Bank announced on the 3rd that it has converted all indefinite-term contract employees to regular employees through labor-management agreement. A total of 534 indefinite-term contract employees (498 level 6 assistant managers and 36 assistant managers) were converted to regular employees starting from the 1st.
The SC First Bank branch of the National Financial Industry Labor Union and the management agreed during the 2022 wage and collective bargaining negotiations to implement the "unification of titles and employment rules between professional assistant managers (regular employees) and level 6 assistant managers (indefinite-term contract employees)" starting from January this year.
