MBK Appoints Moon Ju-ho as New Partner in Special Situations Division
MBK Partners announced on the 3rd that Moon Juho, Executive Director and Head of Korean Investments in the Special Situations division, has been promoted to Partner and Vice President.
Partner Moon Juho graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Business Administration and from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He began his career at Goldman Sachs' Hong Kong office, then worked at Goldman Sachs Seoul office, JP Morgan Seoul office, and H&Q Korea before joining MBK Partners Special Situations (hereafter, MBKP SS) in 2018.
Partner Moon Juho has played a key operational role in leading transactions in MBKP SS's major domestic investments, including bhc, Megazone Cloud, and SK On. He will participate in the key decision-making processes of MBKP SS and exercise investment decision-making authority as a member of the Investment Committee.
