The secured funds will be used to nurture the dreams and visions of youth through overseas vision camps, historical and cultural explorations, scholarship student selection, and operation of foreign language experience centers.
Additionally, to ease the educational burden on parents, the county is consulting with the Ministry of Health and Welfare on the “Jangheung County Middle and High School Student Learning Incentive Payment Plan.”
Governor Kim Seong’s vision and interest in youth education were formed through meeting students in educational settings.
In fact, from 2010, Governor Kim conducted vision education and lectures for over 5,000 youths in more than 100 sessions over five years.
