Heo Yunhong, CEO of GS Construction, visited the construction site of 'Maple Xi' in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul as his first schedule of the new year.
At the opening ceremony held from 6:40 a.m. on the 2nd, CEO Heo emphasized the reorganization of the site-centered organizational structure, saying, "The problem and the answer lie at the site."

The 2024 management policies emphasized by CEO Heo are ▲ strengthening the substance of core businesses ▲ clarifying the business portfolio and reestablishing the company-wide vision ▲ enhancing organizational capabilities.
First, to strengthen the substance of core businesses, he announced that they will focus on strict quality control and enhancing execution capabilities, as well as restoring trust to improve brand value. They will reorganize business directions based on understanding customers and the market, and pursue selective orders considering profitability and execution ability. In addition, they plan to actively utilize digital tools to transparently manage sites based on data and establish a decision-making system.
