A man in his 50s who caused a disturbance demanding to be taken home by a fire truck and assaulted a firefighter was sentenced to prison.
On the 31st, according to the legal community, Judge Hwang Jae-ho of the Daejeon District Court Criminal Division 4 sentenced A (53), who was charged with obstruction of official duties, to four months in prison. The court stated the reason for the sentence, saying, "The sentence was determined considering the defendant's previous fines for similar offenses and the influence of schizophrenia on the crime."
