BNK Capital Introduces Korea's First Outbound Chat Consultation Service
On the 29th, Bidirectional Chat and Task Processing Available Between Customers and Sangdangwon
BNK Capital (CEO Kim Sung-joo) officially launched Korea's first KakaoTalk-based outbound chat consultation service on the 29th.
With the implementation of the outbound chat consultation service, two-way chat consultations between customers and agents have become possible, allowing customers who find phone calls difficult or inconvenient to easily handle their tasks through chat.
In particular, tasks such as entering personal information are all processed through a secure web system, developed to allow access only internally, ensuring thorough customer information protection and internal control.
BNK Capital expects that the introduction of this two-way chat consultation will further expand non-face-to-face contact points with customers and enable prompt responses.
