Choi Ho-kwon, Yeongdeungpo-gu Mayor, On-site Inspection of Snow Removal Response
Choi Ho-gwon, the mayor of Yeongdeungpo District, visited key snow removal sites in the area on the 27th to inspect snow removal equipment.
Mayor Choi personally demonstrated smart snow removal equipment (sidewalk snow removal brushes, smart snow plows, small snow removal chemical spreaders), road heating cables, and automatic brine spraying devices, thoroughly checking the status of snow removal personnel and equipment operations.
The district has entered a snow removal response system from November 15, 2023, to March 15, 2024, for four months. To strengthen snow removal capabilities, efforts are being made to ▲maintain an initial snow removal system ▲install snow removal boxes in vulnerable areas and assign responsible personnel ▲operate private snow removal task forces ▲stockpile multipurpose blowers and eco-friendly snow removal chemicals.
