The Ocean Bohol is being developed on a 1.6 million square meter site in Panglao, Bohol Province, Philippines, featuring 1,269 hotel rooms, a water park, and a 27-hole 360-degree ocean view golf course. It will include 36 private standalone pool village units, making it the largest integrated resort in the Philippines.
Scheduled for completion in the first half of 2026, The Ocean Bohol is a hyper-end pool village composed entirely of perfectly private standalone units. It will be constructed as a total of 36 buildings ranging from one to four floors above ground. Designed by the world-renowned architect Thom Mayne’s Morphosis architectural group, The Ocean Bohol reflects Thom Mayne’s philosophy. Thom Mayne is the CEO of Morphosis, which designed the cutting-edge and eco-friendly future city NEOM in Saudi Arabia, and he is a globally acclaimed architect who has received the prestigious Pritzker Architecture Prize.
The Ocean Bohol consists of six types: two buildings of the 319㎡ 'Ocean Cliff,' which offers a direct view of Panglao’s Ribang White Beach; sixteen buildings of the 219~295㎡ 'Ocean Breeze' and 'Ocean Coral,' where guests can enjoy an exotic atmosphere amidst lush green forests; and eighteen buildings of the 143~152㎡ 'Ocean Surf' and 'Ocean Tide,' which guarantee private relaxation centered around private pools directly connected to the first floor, totaling 36 buildings.
The supply price of The Ocean Bohol ranges from a minimum of 3.1 billion KRW to a maximum of 13.7 billion KRW. A promotional center has been established in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and a dedicated Ocean Pool Village butler operations headquarters is operated domestically to provide exclusive services for VVIP members.
Bohol Island, where The Ocean Bohol is located, is 2.4 times the size of Jeju Island and has been designated as a UNESCO World Geopark. The nearby Balicasag Island, known as one of the world’s top three diving destinations, boasts an outstanding underwater environment.
Accessibility is excellent. It takes about four hours to reach via direct flights from Incheon to Panglao, and the resort is within an eight-minute drive from Panglao Airport. Proximity to major tourist attractions such as Bohol main island, Balicasag Island, and Alona Beach is also considered an advantage.
