Oh Miseop, a member of the Gwangju Metropolitan City Seo-gu Council, requested the "smooth progress of Hyosa Children's Theme Park and the public dementia-specialized nursing facility, as well as the establishment of a management system for long-term and collaborative projects."

According to the Seo-gu Council on the 21st, Councilor Oh delivered a 5-minute free speech during the 3rd plenary session of the 2nd regular meeting of the 317th session.

Councilor Oh said, "I earnestly ask that Hyosa Children's Theme Park and the public dementia-specialized nursing facility proceed as planned," and added, "I hope this will serve as an opportunity to establish a management system for projects that require long-term implementation or interdepartmental collaboration to ensure trusted administration and uninterrupted project progress."

Earlier, during the administrative audit, Councilor Oh pointed out issues related to the 'Hyosa Children's Theme Park construction project,' including ▲ the lack of expertise in the Park and Greenery Division and the absence of an interdepartmental collaboration system ▲ the absence of a promotion plan for the project transferred to the Traffic Guidance Division ▲ budget waste such as conducting safety inspections and BF certification separately by each department or incurring high transportation costs to remove soil only to purchase soil again later.

He also criticized the 'public dementia-specialized nursing facility construction project' under the Aging Society Policy Division for failing to establish a promotion plan reflecting changed circumstances, such as the securing of access roads in November this year after the project was halted last August due to access road issues, and pointed out the lack of commitment from the executive branch.
