Tmon Unveils 'Year-End Summary Report' Reflecting This Year's Consumer Trends
This year, TMON customers visited an average of 11.25 days per month and used the service for an average of 75.72 minutes per person per month. On the 21st, TMON released the 'Year-End Settlement Report' reflecting this year's customer consumption trends.
According to the report, the most active shopping time was Monday at 10 PM. During this time, fashion and beauty products were purchased the most. The advancement of male customers is also notable. They spent 2.2 times more per shopping session than female customers. The transaction amount share also increased by 3 percentage points from last year to 46%. They purchased high-priced home appliances and digital products the most, establishing themselves as 'big spenders.' For women, the largest purchase share was in fashion and beauty products.
The keyword most searched by customers this year was '10 Minute Attack.' It is TMON's special price store that supports lowest-price shopping for 10 minutes every day at 10 AM. The number of products purchased by customers in 10 Minute Attack this year exceeded 11 million, and the number of customer purchases reached 6 million. 'All Day,' which focuses on one brand per day, is also popular. Since its launch in January, about 130 brands and approximately 300 events were held until the end of the year.About 30 partner companies achieved daily transaction amounts exceeding 1 billion KRW.The high growth of the 'T Prime' specialty store, which supports next-day delivery through collaboration with logistics partner Qxpress since March, is also remarkable. Compared to April, right after its launch, T Prime purchase volume in November grew 26.4 times.
