Doosan Bobcat Newly Certified as a Family-Friendly Company
Doosan Bobcat announced on the 21st that it has newly acquired the 'Family-Friendly Company' certification, supervised by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family. The Ministry grants family-friendly certification to companies and public institutions that exemplary operate family-friendly systems.
Doosan Bobcat provides 'total care' supporting work-family balance in three areas: health, employees, and family. It supports comprehensive health checkups and medical expenses, group accident insurance, operation of fitness centers, and psychological counseling for employees and their families' health.
Additionally, it operates various systems for harmonious work-family balance, including global cultural experience programs, long-term service awards, flexible working hours and remote work systems, in-house daycare centers, Children's Day events, tuition support for children, housing subsidies, funeral services, and family resort facility support.
Earlier this year, Doosan Bobcat's North American headquarters was selected as a 'Great Place to Work' by the global corporate culture survey organization (GPTW), and the Czech European headquarters received the 'Healthy Workplace' award at the 2020 CBRE Space Art Awards.
