Hite Jinro Beverage announced on the 21st that it will launch a new product, "Jinro Tonic Water Sol," from the number one domestic tonic water brand, "Jinro Tonic Water."
This product combines the unique taste of Jinro Tonic Water with the refreshing flavor of pine needles, targeting not only the 20s and 30s generation seeking a new mixer taste but also the 40s to 60s consumer group familiar with the scent of pine. When mixed with soju or whiskey, Jinro Tonic Water Sol offers a pleasant pine aroma and a refreshing coolness instead of a strong alcohol scent. It is released as a zero-calorie product (less than 4 kcal per 100mL, considered calorie-free), maintaining the original taste of tonic water while featuring a clean aftertaste.
A Hite Jinro Beverage official stated, "As the drinking culture using tonic water, such as so-tonic and highball, spreads, attempts to combine various types of alcohol and extended products among tonic water consumers are actively taking place. Reflecting consumer trends, we will continue to expand the Jinro Tonic Water lineup."

Jinro Tonic Water, launched in 1976, has achieved more than tenfold sales growth over six years by expanding its lineup in line with changing drinking trends after a full renewal of taste and design in 2018. Including the new product "Jinro Tonic Water Sol," the brand now offers a total of seven lineups: Original, Original Zero, Black Tea, Wild Peach, Ginger Ale, and Calamansi.
