Choi Ho-kwon, Yeongdeungpo District Mayor, Volunteers in 'Happy Together Box' Sharing Service
Choi Ho-kwon, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District, participated in the 'Happy Together Box' sharing volunteer event for the underprivileged in celebration of Christmas at Yeongdeungpo Art Hall on the afternoon of the 20th.
The Happy Together Box sharing event was attended by about 50 people, including Choi Ho-kwon, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District, Jeong Myeong-cheol, President of Yeongdeungpo Parish Council, Yoo Won-sik, President of Hope Friends Korea Food for the Hungry International, Park Young-jun, President of Yeongdeungpo District Social Welfare Council, the local Community Security Council, and volunteers.
A total of 1,940 Happy Together Boxes were produced with donations from the local community, each containing daily necessities and food items worth approximately 100,000 KRW. These boxes are distributed through churches, community service centers, and social welfare facilities to help underprivileged groups in the area have a warm winter.
