Wando-gun’s agricultural processed products were exhibited at China’s largest agricultural expo, and various activities such as live broadcasts were carried out to expand export channels.
At the international agricultural expo held in Suncheon last October, ‘Wando Nature As It Is’ agricultural and livestock products grown in a clean environment with fresh air, uncontaminated soil, and mineral-rich sea breeze were showcased, promoting Wando agricultural products by linking marine healing and agriculture.
Unique products exclusive to Wando, such as elephant garlic jelly, loquat oranda, and colored barley coffee, were introduced at the expo and received great responses.
Lee Bok-seon, Director of the Wando Agricultural Technology Center, said, “This award is a valuable result of the great efforts made for Wando agriculture,” adding, “We will continue to actively discover and promote various projects to develop Wando agriculture and increase farmers’ income.”
