Legal tech startup Law&Good announced on the 19th that more than 400 questions had been registered within two weeks after launching the AI search chatbot equipped with the Public Official Election Act, Political Funds Act, and Political Parties Act earlier this month.

Law&Good's election law AI search chatbot has learned from about 10,000 Q&A entries and over 3,000 precedents registered with the National Election Commission. It is known to provide real-time answers regarding related laws, regulatory information, and voter interpretation guides.

Law&Good initially operated an AI chatbot for client legal consultations, but to improve satisfaction and answer accuracy for business-to-business (B2B) customers, it additionally embedded publicly available data and internal Law&Good data.

Min Myung-gi, CEO of Law&Good, explained, “Unlike traditional keyword searches, Law&Search understands the intent and context of questions, so even if the search terms are not precise, it can ultimately find the desired results. We plan to add features such as summarizing vast amounts of data and drafting documents, focusing on conversational search functions for laws and regulatory information.”
