DB Insurance Receives Presidential Award in Digital Transformation Category at National Quality Innovation Awards
DB Insurance received the Presidential Citation in the digital transformation category.
On the 19th, DB Insurance announced that it had received the Presidential Citation for the National Quality Innovation Award in the digital transformation category at the 49th National Quality Management Conference held at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on the 22nd of last month.
The National Quality Innovation Award is a government commendation system hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy's National Institute of Technology and Standards and organized by the Korea Standards Association. It rewards individuals, excellent companies, and organizations that have contributed to enhancing national industrial competitiveness by creating business performance through quality management innovation activities.
DB Insurance received the award in the newly established digital transformation category this year. It was highly evaluated for promoting company-wide digital innovation management to discover new growth engines and improve customer satisfaction services. On the same day, it also won the Quality Circle Award for the seventh consecutive year.
