'Hillstate Dongtan Foret' Model House Attracts Over 10,000 Visitors in 3 Days

Hillstate Dongtan Foret, a public-supported private rental housing project introduced by Hyundai Construction in the New Residential Culture Town of Dongtan 2 New City, has been attracting continuous attention. After its model house opened on the 15th, over 10,000 visitors came over the course of three days, including the weekend. Every day for three days, there were lines waiting to enter, and queues for viewing the interior units and consultations continued throughout the period.

Located in the New Residential Culture Town of Dongtan 2 New City, Hillstate Dongtan Foret is a public-supported private rental housing product consisting of 8 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, with a total of 585 households and exclusive areas of 84㎡ and 101㎡. The number of units by type is ▲84㎡A with 118 units ▲84㎡B with 80 units ▲101㎡A with 198 units ▲101㎡B with 189 units. It offers both the 84㎡ size, known as the national standard size, and the recently popular medium-to-large sizes, broadening the choices for consumers.

Regarding the sales schedule, special supply and general supply applications will be accepted through the Korea Real Estate Board’s subscription website on December 27. Only one application per household is allowed, and if more than one application per household or more than one application per individual is submitted, both the application and winning will be invalidated. Winners will be announced on January 2, and official contracts will be signed over three days from January 10 to January 12. This is a pre-construction post-sale apartment with a move-in date scheduled for May next year, making the move-in period relatively fast.

Hillstate Dongtan Foret boasts excellent and reasonable rental conditions, allowing stable residence for up to 10 years without the burden of paying various real estate taxes such as acquisition tax, comprehensive real estate tax, and property tax. A representative from Hillstate Dongtan Foret stated, "Due to the reasonable rental conditions, consumer inquiries have been continuous even before the sale," and added, "Tenants who meet the contract conditions can be provided with the right to purchase."

Moreover, the complex is located in the central living area of the New Residential Culture Town, offering excellent living conditions. Kindergarten (planned), elementary school (planned), and high school (planned) sites are planned right in front, providing good educational conditions. Wangbaesan 3rd Park is located just above, and Sinrichon Stream is nearby, ensuring excellent residential comfort. Additionally, a neighborhood commercial site is planned nearby, which is expected to allow convenient access to various amenities.

The subscription entry barrier for the complex is low, so high interest is anticipated. Eligibility for subscription requires applicants to be at least 19 years old and part of a household without home ownership; anyone nationwide can apply (only one application per household). Subscription savings account membership, residence area, and other factors do not affect eligibility, and there is no restriction on re-winning.
