Changnyeong-gun, Gyeongnam Province announced on the 18th that the level of administrative service in the county was found to be very high, with a satisfaction score of over 90 points in the 2023 civil service satisfaction survey.
This survey was conducted through telephone interviews by an external professional organization with 639 civil petitioners who visited the main office and townships until July. It covered 15 items including ease of access to civil services, staff responsiveness, staff expertise, facility convenience, and speed of processing.
Among the five components of customer service, satisfaction with the quality of civil petition applications was the highest at 93.6 points, and the service provision level was found to be at the 'very satisfied' stage in all items. Satisfaction was high in the order of human quality of civil petition processing (92.8 points), quality of civil petition processing results (92.4 points), physical quality of civil petition processing (92.3 points), and quality of civil petition processing procedures (91.9 points).
