NH Nonghyup Gurye-gun Branch Donates 7,000kg of Rice with Love

Donation of Rice Worth 20 Million Won to Gurye-gun

Gurye-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that it held a Love Rice Sharing event for a warm winter in collaboration with NH Nonghyup Bank Gurye-gun Branch (Branch Manager Lee Seong-jae) to mark the end of the year.

At the event held at the Gurye-gun Grain Processing Center, NH Nonghyup Bank Gurye-gun Branch donated rice worth 20 million KRW (20kg, 350 bags) to Gurye-gun. The county plans to deliver the donated rice to low-income elderly living alone and other neighbors in need within the area.

Branch Manager Lee Seong-jae said, “I hope that our neighbors in need will have a warm year-end and New Year,” and added, “We will continue sharing activities and do our best to be a Nonghyup Bank that shares concerns about the difficulties of agriculture and rural areas.”

County Governor Kim Soon-ho said, “We thank NH Nonghyup Bank Gurye-gun Branch for taking the lead in social contribution activities,” and added, “We will work harder to make Gurye-gun a place full of love and kindness.”
