Korean Air Discount on Departure Tickets from January to March
All Routes in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia
Korean Air announced on the 13th that it will offer discounts on airfares to ease the burden on travelers amid increasing demand for overseas travel. A special promotion will begin for all flights to the Americas, Europe, and Southeast Asia departing from February 15 to the end of March. Korean Air explained that this is to actively participate in the government's price stabilization measures.

From January to March next year, 166 additional flights will be added on routes with concentrated winter demand. The company expects this to have a relative effect of lowering airfare prices. In particular, supply will be increased on routes expected to see high demand during school vacations and holidays. Additional charter flights will be added as follows: 16 to Don Mueang, Thailand; 12 to Dalat, Vietnam; 12 to Vientiane, Laos; 21 to Kagoshima, Japan; 31 to Oita; 28 to Kumamoto; 4 to Shirahama; 4 to Taipei, Taiwan; and 2 to Barcelona, Spain. Additional flights on the Americas routes for next summer are also under consideration.
