Market, Theater, Concert... Christmas Festival in Myeongdong on December 24-25
Catholic Archdiocese of Seoul '2023 Myeongdong, Lighting Up Winter'
The "2023 Myeongdong, Lighting Up Winter" festival, hosted by the Catholic Archdiocese of Seoul, will be held around the Myeongdong Cathedral from the 24th to the 25th. The event is sponsored by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and Pan Communication Korea Co., Ltd.
The event consists of ▲Rose Garden & Light Festival ▲Christmas Market ▲Theater ▲Outdoor Concert. The Rose Garden & Light Festival, set up around the Myeongdong Cathedral since the 2nd, will continue until January 7th next year. The Christmas Market is composed of donation booths and sales booths. It offers food such as roasted chestnuts, sausages, and vin chaud, as well as various handmade crafts. A portion of the proceeds from donations and sales will be donated to the Baboeui Nanum Foundation.
The plays "Jaesutaengi Simon" and "Where There Is Love, There Is God" will be performed at 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM on the 24th and 25th respectively, at the Familia Chapel of Myeongdong Cathedral.

The concerts will take place at the entrance of Myeongdong Cathedral on the 24th and 25th. On the 24th, performances include the cpbc Boys and Girls Choir (6:00 PM), Musica Sacra Boys Choir (6:50 PM, 8:30 PM), and Brass Band Bisang (7:40 PM). On the 25th, performances include Accodiem (11:00 AM, 12:00 PM), Magnificat Children's Choir (6:00 PM, 7:40 PM), and the Hymn Team You Want to Hear (6:50 PM).
