CJ OnStyle Achieves Consumer-Centered Management Certification for 9 Consecutive Times
CJ OnStyle announced on the 10th that it has obtained the 9th Consumer-Centered Management (CCM) certification.
CJ OnStyle received the Prime Minister's Commendation in recognition of its efforts in consumer protection and corporate social responsibility at the "2023 Consumer-Centered Management Excellence Awards and Certification Ceremony" hosted by the Fair Trade Commission and the Korea Consumer Agency at 2 p.m. on the 8th.

Since receiving the first certification in 2007 when the Consumer-Centered Management certification system was introduced, CJ OnStyle has become the first in the distribution industry to receive the certification nine consecutive times, maintaining the longest certification qualification for 18 years until 2025. The Consumer-Centered Management certification is a system that continuously evaluates companies' consumer-related management activities and certifies them every two years. It is certified by the Fair Trade Commission and operated by the Korea Consumer Agency.
This achievement is the result of reflecting the CCM philosophy throughout management and striving to protect consumers and enhance customer shopping convenience. CJ OnStyle declared the industry's first Trust Building in 2003, redefining its business as "selling trust" and laying the foundation for growth through management innovation aimed at customer satisfaction.
In particular, delivery innovation played a key role in increasing customer satisfaction. In September, CJ OnStyle newly opened a logistics center in Gunpo, Gyeonggi Province, which has high urban accessibility in Seoul and the metropolitan area, and introduced the industry's first holiday delivery service "Sunday O-NE," as well as specialized delivery services "Tomorrow for Sure! O-NE" and "Today O-NE," which guarantee next-day and same-day arrival.
CJ OnStyle has also actively practiced win-win management by sparing no support for partner companies to obtain Consumer-Centered Management certification. In December last year, it signed a support agreement with NutriOne, a health functional food distribution specialist company, to help obtain the CCM certification, actively supporting CJ OnStyle’s infrastructure and network from official documentation to legislation for resolving consumer disputes. As a result, NutriOne obtained its first Consumer-Centered Management certification this year. CJ OnStyle is praised for playing a pivotal role as a bridge connecting partner companies and consumers.

Meanwhile, CJ OnStyle was also recognized externally for its efforts to promote consumer rights by being selected as an “Excellent Consumer Protection Company in Korea” for two consecutive years in the 3rd Korea Consumer Protection Index (KCPI) survey. The KCPI is an index that surveys the overall consumer perception of companies’ consumer protection quality. Approximately 21,000 actual users of corporate services were surveyed. This is analyzed as recognition of CJ OnStyle’s merit in consistently practicing consumer-centered management with “customer trust” as its core corporate value.
