"Khan Yunis Targeted with 2-Hour Precision Strike, Terrorists Killed"
The Palestinian Red Crescent (the Islamic world's equivalent of the Red Cross) announced on the 8th (local time) that the Israeli military bombed Al-Amal Hospital and houses near the Red Crescent headquarters in Khan Yunis, the largest city in the south, resulting in dozens of casualties.
The Red Crescent stated this on social media platform X, claiming, "This attack caused Al-Amal Hospital to receive dozens of martyrs (deceased) and injured."
They added, "The bombing shattered windows and broke doors and windows, causing extreme fear among 14,000 displaced people who had taken refuge inside the Red Crescent facilities."
On the 7th (local time), residents in the Khan Yunis refugee camp in the southern Gaza Strip, which was hit by an Israeli airstrike, are breaking concrete building debris to search for survivors.

Regarding this, the Israeli military reportedly stated on the same day, according to Sputnik News, "We carried out continuous precision strikes for two hours in Khan Yunis, killing numerous terrorists." It was not confirmed whether the precision strikes targeted areas near the hospital.
Khan Yunis, with a population of over 200,000, is estimated to be sheltering hundreds of thousands of refugees who fled from northern Gaza since the outbreak of the war.
