The trend forecast book Trend Korea 2024 and the self-development book Seino's Teachings, which ranked first in the 2023 comprehensive bestseller list, maintained their positions at second and third place, respectively. Author Jo Jung-rae's new full-length novel Golden Paper 1, 2, released after four years, rose from 12th and 15th place last week to 4th and 5th place.
The new economic management book I Drink Starbucks Coffee for Free Every Day Through Dividend Investing immediately ranked 6th upon release, influenced by the YouTuber fandom. Written by Song Min-seop, author of the YouTube channel 'SupeTV' with about 350,000 subscribers and 30 million cumulative views, the book shares the author's experiences on becoming part of the FIRE movement and introduces the best dividend investment strategies and know-how.
Within the top 20, five humanities books were featured. Don't Waste Your Life Trying to Show Off to Others ranked 8th, and Why Do You Think Your Life Shouldn't Be Hard? ranked 15th. The new book by psychoanalyst Kim Hye-nam, who was greatly loved for the bestseller If I Could Live My Life Again, titled Psychology for Adults Who Think Too Much, took the 20th spot. Stolen Concentration, selected as Yes24 readers' 'Book of the Year 2023,' rose to 13th place.
