Meritz Securities Launches Weekly Trading Service for US Stocks on CFD Accounts
Meritz Securities (CEO Jang Won-jae) announced on the 8th that it will start a weekly trading service for US stocks on Contracts for Difference (CFD) accounts from the 11th.
This service is only available through the US CFD Safe Account with a 100% margin rate, and the weekly trading service hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM Korea Standard Time (from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM during US Daylight Saving Time). With Meritz Securities CFD, it is now possible to trade US stocks for a total of 15 hours and 30 minutes by combining pre-market and regular trading hours.
Approximately 1,000 stocks are available for weekly trading, including top market capitalization stocks listed on the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ. Weekly trading is available through the ‘Meritz SMART’ app (MTS) or iMeritz (HTS), and trading is possible with just a CFD US Safe Account without any additional service subscription procedures. Customers trading during weekly hours can also view real-time 20-level order book quotes without a separate quote request.
