KB Securities analyzed on the 7th that Hecto Financial should be noted for its overseas PG (Payment Gateway) remittance service and STO (Security Token Offering) virtual payment business. No investment opinion or target price was provided.
Hecto Financial was established in October 2000 and listed on the KOSDAQ market in July 2019. Its main businesses include simple cash payments, PG, virtual accounts, and firm banking. Recently, it has been expanding its business into overseas PG remittance services as it has been consecutively selected as a payment solution provider for global clients.
KB Securities expects that various new businesses of Hecto Financial will get on track next year. KB Securities researcher Kim Hyun-gyeom said, "The overseas B2B payment service market is rapidly growing," adding, "As global e-commerce companies targeting China accelerate their domestic expansion, related payment platforms and logistics partner companies are also gaining attention."
He continued, "Currently, Hecto Financial is the only electronic financial company holding a comprehensive foreign exchange license," and explained, "It has been selected as a payment solution provider for large clients such as overseas direct purchase e-commerce and global SNS companies operating domestic businesses, which should be noted."

He also emphasized that the STO business should be noted. He stated, "We plan to support payment, real-name virtual accounts, and data API products necessary for STO," emphasizing, "Recently, we signed a virtual account contract with Yeolmae Company, which is aiming to issue the first investment contract securities within this year, and this contract is expected to serve as a reference for additional contracts with companies promoting STO."
