DL E&C 'ePyeonhanSesang Gangdong Prestige One' Records Highest Non-Sequential Subscription Competition Rate of 1017 to 1
Highest Competition Rate Recorded Among Seoul Non-Sequential Subscription Complexes in the Second Half of the Year
DL E&C's ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Gangdong Prestige One,’ supplied through the Cheonho 3 District Housing Reconstruction Project in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, recorded an average competition rate of 360.4 to 1 in the non-designated subscription held on the 4th.
According to DL E&C on the 5th, in this non-designated subscription, 2,883 applicants applied for 8 units, with the highest competition rate being 1,017 to 1 for the 74㎡ A2 type, which had 1,017 applications for 1 unit. The 84㎡ A2 type (295.2 to 1) and 84㎡ B type (200 to 1) also recorded high competition rates.
The non-designated subscription record of e-Pyeonhansesang Gangdong Prestige One attracts attention as the highest competition rate among non-designated complexes in the Seoul area that accepted subscriptions in the second half of the year (based on Korea Real Estate Board’s Subscription Home). Previously, in the first-priority subscription held at the end of October, it received 11,437 applications, recording an average competition rate of 86 to 1 and a highest rate of 595 to 1 (59㎡ A), setting the highest record among the five complexes supplied in Gangdong-gu this year.
Following the end of the non-designated subscription application, winners will be announced on the 5th, and contracts will be conducted at the housing exhibition hall from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM on the 7th.
The complex is composed of 8 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 535 units sized between 44 and 115㎡. Move-in is scheduled for January 2026. It mainly consists of small to medium-sized units preferred by actual users, ranging from 44 to 84㎡, and the complex secures views of Cheonho Park and Hangang Park (for some units).
