Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) introduced the ‘GH Compensation Consultation Chatbot’ service on the 4th, becoming the first public institution to provide real-time compensation information.
The GH Compensation Consultation Chatbot offers various compensation information categorized by topics that customers have been curious about, including ▲types and methods of loss compensation ▲relocation and living measures ▲methods of compensation payment ▲required documents for contracts and how to make compensation contract reservations.
Additionally, through integration with the GH website, it also provides announcements and status updates by project district, as well as services such as the compensation contract reservation system.
The GH Compensation Consultation Chatbot service is available through the GH KakaoTalk channel and the official website (www.gh.or.kr).
GH plans to continuously update the Q&A based on user experience analysis and improve the chatbot quality to provide resident-centered services.
