The Seoul Metro Station Managers' Association (Chairmen Yeon Yeong-mo and Lee Bu-hyeong) distributed 700 portable hand warmers to Seoul Metro employees, including the police riot squad and subway security officers, who gathered at City Hall Station at 3 p.m. on the 30th.
The quantities distributed were 400 to the police riot squad, 200 to the subway security officers, and 50 each to employees at Hyehwa Station and City Hall Station.
