View original imageThe Sanbon 1-dong 1 District Redevelopment Project involves redeveloping an area of 84,398.9㎡ around 78-5 Sanbon-dong, Gunpo City. Through redevelopment, 15 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors will be newly constructed, including 1,820 apartment units and auxiliary welfare facilities.
The project site is adjacent to Geumjeong Station, which serves Subway Lines 1 and 4 and the planned GTX-C line, and Sanbon IC is located just a 5-minute drive away, allowing easy access to nearby areas via the Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway.
Within walking distance, there are living infrastructures such as AK Plaza, supermarkets, and cinemas, and the site is close to Gwanmo Elementary School, hospitals, cinemas, Gwanmo Elementary School, and Gokran Elementary School, providing favorable educational conditions.
Near the project site are the Anyang IT Complex and the International Distribution Complex, and with large-scale redevelopment planned at 15 sites in the future, expectations for synergy effects through redevelopment in the region are growing.
Hyundai Construction proposed the complex name 'Hillstate Geumjeong Station Central' for the Sanbon 1-dong 1 District Redevelopment Project.
The exterior design is inspired by the peaks and terrain symbolizing Surisan Mountain, azaleas, and ridgelines, and the unique gate design is shaped like an eagle spreading its wings wide, aiming to enhance the symbolism as a premium residential complex in Sanbon.
The top floor of the complex will feature Gunpo's first sky community, designed to offer a panoramic view overlooking Surisan Mountain and the city at a glance. A sky lounge, library, and relax lounge will be created to provide residents with a unique resting space.
A two-story duplex gymnasium and private cinema are planned to elevate the value of the complex by creating a luxury community befitting a landmark representing Gunpo.
