KRX National Happiness Foundation Meal Service Volunteer and Sponsorship at Hyemyeong Nursing Home
Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yoo Seong-hoon) announced on the 28th that employees of the KRX National Happiness Foundation conducted volunteer activities at Hyemyeong Nursing Home (Director Chae Myeong-seok).
Ten employees from the Korea Exchange and the KRX National Happiness Foundation volunteered to serve meals during the seniors' lunch time, and after the meal, they finished by washing dishes and cleaning.
In addition, the KRX National Happiness Foundation donated 3 million KRW in cash and physical therapy equipment worth approximately 760,000 KRW to Hyemyeong Nursing Home.
The KRX National Happiness Foundation is a welfare foundation under the Korea Exchange. In 2021, it supported local children's centers, and in June of this year, it provided donations and supplies to the Salgu Senior Free Meal Center.
