Boseong-gun Establishes 'Smart Cheongsa Guidance System'
One Touch Access to Government Building Information at a Glance
Enhancing Civilian Convenience with 'Cutting-Edge Administrative Services'
Boseong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that it began operating a non-face-to-face "Smart Government Building Guide System" from the 21st to provide convenience to visitors by informing them of the building layout, staff arrangement, and their responsibilities.
Boseong-gun installed comprehensive information kiosks (unmanned information devices) at the main entrance of the government building and the entrance to the civil service office, where civil petitioners frequently visit, allowing them to easily find the responsible department and personnel by checking the necessary information in advance.
The comprehensive information kiosks automatically play voice guidance, enabling visually impaired individuals to receive guidance through audio.
Additionally, visitors can easily check at a glance the seating arrangement of each department, photos of the staff in charge, their responsibilities, phone numbers, and other related information by touching the screen.
Furthermore, the paper-based staff arrangement charts previously used at each department entrance have been replaced with kiosks, helping civil petitioners easily identify the staff responsible for their tasks and facilitating efficient handling of civil affairs.
The kiosks for each department can update information quickly and simply without the hassle of replacing and attaching paper organization charts after organizational restructuring or personnel transfers.
A county official said, "We expect to enhance visitors' satisfaction with administrative services by expanding the government building guide system to affiliated institutions, business offices, and towns and townships, establishing a convenient and efficient system for both visitors and employees."
