Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) has launched the operation of a "Visiting On-Site Civil Service Office" to help local residents handle civil complaints conveniently.
This month, with the completion of Sinnae Station Pradium The Terrace in the Yangwon Public Housing District, a large-scale move-in of households has begun. Accordingly, the district has set up an on-site civil service office to assist new residents in quickly and conveniently handling essential civil affairs related to moving in, such as change of address registration.
The on-site civil service office was established on the first floor residents' meeting room of Building 102 on the move-in start date, the 24th. Staff from the Mangwoo Bon-dong Community Service Center, the local administrative office, have been assigned to the office and will assist residents with civil complaints for about a month until December 29.
The office hours are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays, and services include ▲change of address registration ▲issuance of fixed date certificates ▲issuance of resident registration certificates, extracts, and seal certificates.
Additionally, a welcome letter containing essential living information for local residents is distributed to ensure the convenience of apartment residents' daily lives.
