Shinhan Bank, 'Shinhan Career Up' 4th Graduation Ceremony
Shinhan Bank announced on the 27th that it held the graduation ceremony for the 4th class of ‘Shinhan Career Up’ on the 24th at Shinhan Expace located in Jung-gu, Seoul, with about 50 participants including young job seekers and employees from participating companies.
Shinhan Career Up is a job competency enhancement program where participants gain practical corporate experience by working for six weeks at a virtual company called ‘SOL Company’ and carrying out projects. A total of four companies, including mid-sized enterprises and alumni startups from Shinhan Square Bridge, participated in the project operation.
Young job seekers completed workplace adaptation training such as ▲ onboarding education ▲ resume and interview consulting ▲ 1:1 mentoring with current professionals in the field, and then gained experience by directly solving tasks from the actual participating companies.
At the project performance presentation, a total prize of 5 million KRW was awarded to outstanding teams and individuals. About 30 young people who completed the program received an employment incentive of 1 million KRW each, and they will have ongoing opportunities for corporate job matching in the future.
