Gyeongnam Intellectual Property Center Holds 2nd IP Startup Club Meeting
The Gyeongnam Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry Gyeongnam Intellectual Property Center held the '2nd IP Startup Club' on the 23rd at the 3rd floor of the main building of International Hotel Changwon.
About 70 people attended the event, including beneficiaries of this year's 'IP Didimdol Program' and 'IP Startup Zone' projects conducted by the Gyeongnam Intellectual Property Center, as well as related organization officials.
Hosted by the Korean Intellectual Property Office, Gyeongsangnam-do Province, and the Korea Invention Promotion Association, and organized by the Gyeongnam Intellectual Property Center of the Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the event began with a special lecture on marketing strategies for early-stage startups, followed by presentations of outstanding cases by senior graduates. Additionally, a product exhibition space for local startup companies was set up at the venue, attracting the attention of participants.
A representative of the Gyeongnam Intellectual Property Center stated, "This year, the Gyeongnam Intellectual Property Center provided various information from idea concretization for prospective entrepreneurs to technology-based startups," adding, "Through today's event, we aim to contribute to creating a virtuous startup ecosystem that leads to successful startups by building a regional startup network through exchanges among entrepreneurs and forming an organic relationship with the Gyeongnam Intellectual Property Center."

Meanwhile, the Gyeongnam Intellectual Property Center operates the 'IP Startup Zone Education' and 'Startup Club' four times a year for prospective and early-stage entrepreneurs. The IP Startup Zone Education is held twice in the first half and twice in the second half of each year, and early (prospective) entrepreneurs wishing to participate in the education can apply by phone or through the Gyeongnam Intellectual Property Center's website.
