Kolon Global Strengthens 'O2O Services' Including Pet Care and Mobile Car Maintenance
Kolon Global announced on the 22nd that it will strengthen O2O (Online to Offline) partnership services on its self-developed home IoT (Internet of Things) platform, ‘Smart Haneulchae IoK’.
Since 2022, Kolon Global has been providing services related to vehicles, clothing, and home care from Kolon Group affiliates for Haneulchae residents. To expand services, it signed partnership agreements with three companies: Pet People Co., Ltd., Karang Co., Ltd., and Saenghwal Yeonguso Co., Ltd., and promoted the development of specialized services.
The newly added O2O partnership services include pet care service ‘Wayo’, on-site car engine oil and battery maintenance ‘Kasuri’, and in-home cleaning service ‘Cheongso Yeonguso’. These services can be requested through the partner company page on the Haneulchae IoK mobile app, ‘Smart Haneulchae’. Residents who apply for the services will also receive benefits such as discount coupons and point accumulation.
Additionally, last year, the ‘Car to Home’ service, which controls the home from the car, was applied, and in March, the ‘Home to Car’ service, which controls the car from inside the home, was introduced, completing a two-way connected service.
Kolon Global plans to continuously expand advanced smart home services based on a multi-service platform, including smart appliance integration, voice recognition functions, and integrated residential services centered on its dedicated home IoT platform, ‘Haneulchae IoK’.
