LG Electronics' top executives and representatives from 84 partner companies gathered to discuss future co-growth strategies. This is the first year that the CEO and the heads of four business divisions all attended the partner association workshop. The partner association is a voluntary consultative body formed by LG Electronics' partner companies. Since 2013, LG Electronics has held regular general meetings and workshops for the partner association every year in both the first and second halves.
LG Electronics announced on the 22nd that it held the partner association workshop the previous day at LG Digital Park in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province. Participants in the event included CEO Jo Joo-wan, Ryu Jae-cheol, President and Head of H&A (Home Appliances) Division, Park Hyung-se, Vice President and Head of HE (TV) Division, Jang Ik-hwan, Vice President and Head of BS (B2B) Division, Eun Seok-hyun, Vice President and Head of VS (Vehicle Components, Automotive Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Division, Jung Dae-hwa, Head of Production Technology Institute, and Wang Cheol-min, Head of Global Operation Center.
In his greeting, President Jo said, "I sincerely thank our partner companies who have worked with one heart to achieve business results despite the difficult environment throughout the year." He added, "To achieve the 2030 future vision declared last July, close communication and co-prosperity with our partner companies are more important than anything else. Let us reinvent not only the way we work but also the way we communicate, all looking toward the same goal, to achieve mutual growth." The partner association stated, "Partner companies will also join the journey toward the 2030 future vision," emphasizing the need to enhance manufacturing competitiveness and conduct more thorough quality control."
On the afternoon of the 21st, LG Electronics held a workshop with representatives from 84 partner companies and top executives at LG Digital Park in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, to discuss co-growth strategies toward a future vision.

LG Electronics introduced cases at the partner association where digital transformation (DX) was applied to production processes, such as AI-based unmanned quality control systems, dramatically improving productivity. Every year, LG Electronics dispatches in-house experts to partner companies to assist in upgrading production processes and building smart factories with automated lines. LG Electronics also urged the importance of partner companies reducing carbon emissions during the manufacturing process.

LG Electronics selected 12 outstanding partner companies that achieved manufacturing innovation and co-growth in areas such as cost, technology, and quality, awarding each with a cash prize of 50 million KRW, totaling 600 million KRW in rewards.
