Hapcheon-gun Directly Listens to Voices from the Field on Agricultural Water Supply
Establishment of a One-Stop Civil Service System for Agricultural Water Management
Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam Province, in collaboration with the Korea Rural Community Corporation, held a meeting at the Chogye-myeon Office to directly hear residents' voices regarding inconveniences and improvements related to the expansion of agricultural water supply from February to November starting in 2023.
According to the county on the 22nd, reflecting the voices of residents gathered on-site, they plan to operate the agricultural water supply in 2024 more systematically and efficiently in cooperation with the Korea Rural Community Corporation to ensure no inconvenience to residents.

The one-stop civil complaint processing system was introduced because the management of agricultural production infrastructure was previously divided between Hapcheon-gun and the Korea Rural Community Corporation, making immediate response to complaints difficult when problems occurred, causing inconvenience to complainants. This system operates a complaint window (Hapcheon-gun ↔ Eup/Myeon Office ↔ Korea Rural Community Corporation) that immediately accepts and processes complaints regardless of the responsible facility.
